Introducing FITNESS Division to the stage at Minglewood Hall at NPC Elite Physique Championships on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

House Stage Specs:
40’(w) x 30’(d) downstage
20’(w) x 30’(d) upstage

The floor is CONCRETE. I would suggest keeping tumbling (gymnastics) to a minimum. Dance and strength moves are preferred.
